First of all, the   woman who owns this business and provides the resume services is very friendly and professional, She seemed to really listen to what I was looking for in a cover letter and a resume.

In my experience people that come to me have difficulty writing or just don't know how to verbalize what they do and need help.

These employees definitely need to be better trained nobody knows how to help they just know how to give you a number to call somebody who doesn't know how to help either

The service was very poor.   They seemed to care about getting someone thru the door just because they needed a number.

We discovered that our cable had 4 splices and looked like it was falling apart - within the next 2 days it was going to be covered in concrete so we wanted Comcast to look at it - we started calling yesterday - they said they would contact us (start with a call canter in the Phillipines and ended up with a repair center in Redmond - they promised the call)- no call - we tried again today and this time they would not even connect us with the Redmond office - so the hubby went to Redmond and found an office - they didn't want to hear about the problem and said that they didn't have time to look at it until the 18th - by which time it would be under the concrete for the new driveway.

How should I write this is the first thing that comes to mind.
