Good writers I had a really good experience with mine, and my resume looked great, my low star rating is what I experienced with Jerome the apparent manager and practically the owner when it comes to complaints, although he was very nice In the initial conversation he completely turned into a different person when I was only asking about a cancellation, which I wanted to know because I had already secured an interview and just want to see where that went before going though with the service, he became very rude and defensive, and after just one day told me my writer was assigned an work had started (even though the writer had only emailed me to set up time to contact) to make a long story short he made sure to let me know there is no refund what's so ever, I let it go, but the person he became by just mentioning a cancel was enough to not recommend this company, the get an interview or money back policy should give a clear indication on how ridiculous this place can get, it's like 10 applications 5 day, for 30  

Called and was told to email my résumé to them and someone would get back to me.   Two days later and no one has done so.

Had three e-mails from three different "senior recruiters. "   Called all three back.   Nobody answers the phone there.

I can't recommend them more. They were able to take my old, outdated resume and create a beautiful new one.

I used the Phoenix Work Connections many times. They're very beneficial when you are looking for employment or just need to brush up on your interviewing skills or resume writing.

If I could give 0 stars I would this place is garbage and never knows what's going on with anything I worked 2 jobs for them, low pay but needed the money.

Danny and the others here @ Alphagraphics were AWESOME! We were up against a ridiculous time crunch and needed posters, flyers, line cards etc printed and they rose to the challenge and exceeded our expectations!

Absolutely terrible. We had the cable/internet/phone combo at our old place and tried to get it switched to the new place, but it took OVER ONE MONTH and at least 4 failed attempts (plus a number of scheduled appointments that were mysteriously canceled) before we had everything running.

Cannot believe these people r still in business guess that's what happens when u have a monopoly. Thought government didn't let that happen?

If there were no stars this place would get it. What an absolute RIP OFF! This guy said he didn't have to advertise because he oh so busy, well I found an ad on Craigslist he listed.
