wow.   incredibly rude, arrogant and pathetic service.   DO NOT USE.   All they want is your money.

I used this place to write my resume.   It was $100 down the drain.   If you want a terrible, unprofessional looking resume then look no further.

Complete waste of time for some individuals like myself. Went there to get help with paying for school and went through all there hoops and games with absolutely no help whatsoever with school or jobs.

Had initial interview with Simone. Was very nice and helpful. Said she was going to send my application in for a couple of positions.

There was alot of back and forth with having my resume done. After Etta did my resume and I saw where changes had to be made and I emailed here about the changes and she would send me back a revision still with the changes NOT BEING MADE!

I made a payment in the amount of $220 to this business for resume services including a cover letter.

I paid for the cover letter and resume.   They have a nice format for the resume, but all versions of mine had grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors despite me asking them to correct what I highlighted multiple times.

If you are paying, I won't recommend Lee Hecht Harrison service.   If you are getting it free, then I guess you can't have any expectations.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be a more accurate reflection of my experience with this company.

They did a great job on my resume, cover letter etc.   But then when I landed a new job and reached out to them for help updating my resume they couldn't be bothered to ever return my emails.
