Case Manager Job Opening

Private Non-Profit is seeking full time case managers for Transitional Housing program to work with young adults currently or formerly in the foster care system. Case managers would work as part of a team to assist young adults to learn the skills necessary to become self sufficient.

Case Manager will assist youth ages 18 yr-24 yr. with connecting to community partners to meet their needs, assist youth with employment searching, navigating educational systems and teaching basic living skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with children and adults that are affected by trauma and have knowledge of the impact of trauma in our clients.

Ideal candidates will have reliable transportation and be able to pass a Live Scan clearance.
