We are looking for a Phlebotomist to support patients receiving services from our home care, hospice and palliative, and maternal-child health care teams. In this role you will collaborate with members of these interdisciplinary teams to provide phlebotomy services, including INRs, and collecting and transporting other specimens from patients’ homes to labs.
In this role, you will perform other functions, including confirming physician orders for specimen collection, completing laboratory requisition, assisting in ensuring proper sully levels, and ensuring supply levels are maintained to meet patient care needs.
