Hospice RN Case Manager Job Opening

Community Care Hospice is seeking an energetic, compassionate RN for a Case Management position. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required as well as a current Alabama RN License. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice or home health care although not a requirement.
