SUMMARY

The Resident Care Partner is responsible for all activities of daily living (ADLs) for our residents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

 Provides quality resident care as indicated on the care plan

 Promotes residents’ independence

 Provides assistance with housekeeping and laundry

 Medication administration depending on state regulations

 Participates in community’s Life Enrichment Activities, events and outings, while encouraging residents to attend

 Additional duties as assigned

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications

 Experienced Caregiver or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) per state requirements

 High School Diploma or GED

 The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as needed

 The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
