Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist shall be responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in a team environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. Some Notable Information about the Unit:
  • Setting: Inpatient Acute Care Only
  • Shift: Day shift, Occasional Weekends
  • Patient Population: Open Heart, Orthopedics and Stroke

Qualifications:
  • Licensed as a Occupational Therapist in the State of Florida.
  • BCLS for State of Florida required.
  • Current Acute Experience of one year is Required.
  • Computer literacy and / or previous exposure to the Meditech system, is preferred, but not required.
