Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Nurse Practitioner position for Manor House located in Seaford, DE. In this role, you will plan and direct all functions in the Resident Care Clinical area by providing primary health care in our residential community. This will involve managing the residents’ health care needs in compliance with state and federal regulations; maintain knowledge of the Long Term Care Industry and geriatrics through continuing education; and serve as clinical preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Advanced Nursing; preferably Geriatrics
• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in the applicable work state
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
