CASE MANAGER---FOSTER CARE PROGRAM Job Opening

Join our new and exciting Therapeutic Foster Care Program in Alabama! Progressive Behavioral Health Care Company seeks candidates for a Case Manager in Fort Payne/ Dekalb area of Alabama. Position is initially part time with great potential for full time as our foster care program grows-and, it will! Primary job duties include assisting clients in coordinating and monitoring the continuum of care, linking clients to community resources, working cooperatively and collaboratively with other agencies, and providing overall case management services to clients and their foster families along with documentation of all services.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in a human service field with at least two year work/internship experience in human services field required. Experience in foster care programs much preferred. Successful applicant must undergo comprehensive background check, must have valid driver's license with safe driving record, and must be able to travel to various locations throughout Fort Payne and surrounding Alabama areas.
