We are seeking full time Nurse Practitioners interested to make a difference in health, well-being and quality of life of our senior population, and build/advance a long-lasting career in the booming field of geriatric and post-acute medicine.

Our NPs collaborate with the patient’s physician, nursing facility staff, families and other care givers to ensure and enrich each patient’s quality of life. TMCS provides our NPs with practice support and an Electronic Medical Record system which allow our providers to dedicate more time to patient care and less time with administrative tasks. You can expect extensive training during the onboarding phase targeted at acclimating you to the LTC setting, TMCS Clinical Programs and EMR.
