Shift Supervisor - Hospital Diversion Program North Job Opening

The Hospital Diversion Program of NFI VT is seeking a Shift Supervisor. The Hospital Diversion Program provides crisis stabilization, clinical consultation, individual treatment and discharge planning in a small, safe residential setting. Shift Supervisors provide supervision and support to youth, as well as provide a sense of safety and security. Shift Supervisors are also responsible for: taking lead in managing the overall tone of the milieu, for attending to administrative aspects of the program including the staff schedule, and for coordinating training for respite staff. Job requirements: Superior interpersonal skills and ability to function well in a team atmosphere a must. Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field required. Experience working in residential treatment and/or with adolescents who have been impacted by trauma. This is a full-time position with an inclusive benefits package.
