NOC Shift Resident Assistant $600 Bonus! Job Opening

Sign on Bonus of $600.00!

This bonus will be paid out in three installment payments (30, 60, 90 days) and is contingent on completion of training and satisfactory employment.

Tanner Spring Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently seeking compassionate Resident Assistants/Caregivers! We offer full-time and part-time positions in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

Resident Assistants, also referred to as Caregivers, provide direct resident care and is responsible for assisting the residents in all areas of care as assigned. They assist in maintaining a positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents. Resident Assistants may be asked to assist in other areas as needed to maintain the daily functions of the community.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Assists with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, vital signs, simple treatments, and other care;
• Serving of meals in the dining room and to resident rooms;
• Transportation to and from meals and activities in the building;
• Provides laundry and housekeeping services to residents as assigned.

• Demonstrates consistently pleasant demeanor, and tone of voice.

Minimum requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively, read written direction, comprehend verbal instructions, and write at a level necessary in English;
• Ability to pass a background check;
• Ability to maintain attendance in good standing;
• Ability to complete required training online (i.e. Orientation, Memory Care Orientation, Food Handler’s Card, First Aid, & training checklist);
• Have reliable transportation (Note: The property area has no bus line service);
• Ability to walk, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods, with appropriate breaks;
• Ability to push wheelchairs, ambulate residents and lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds as needed;
• Fine hand coordination, and visual acuity.

Shifts Available:

NOC shift: 10pm-6am
