SPECIAL PROCEDURES TECHNOLOGIST

Summary: Utilizes radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to obtain high quality diagnostic images in a timely manner for the efficient operation of the Interventional Radiology Department.
Education: High school diploma plus satisfactory completion of two years of formal training in an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
Licensure: Must be ARRT certified and licensed by the State of Rhode Island. In addition, must also be CPR certified or obtain it with 3 months from date of hire.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years Interventional Radiography experience preferred.
