Case Manager Job Opening

We are growing! Advanced Health Solutions is on a healthcare mission and is adding a Case Manager to our superstar team. We are hiring someone to work with us 3 days per week at our Fairhope clinic and 2 days in our Mobile clinic. A passion for a healthy lifestyle and sales experience required.

The set hours for this position are:

Monday: 7:30 AM until 6:15 PM

Tuesday: 7:30 AM until 6:15 PM

Wednesday: 7:30 AM until: 6:15 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – noon (1st Thursday of the month only)

Friday: 7:30AM -12:30 PM

Event participation varies per month and are scheduled 30 days in advance.

Things you get to do daily:

Oversee our exciting new technology that focuses on weight loss, cosmetic aesthetics, nutrition, detox and more.

Setting patients up with prescribed protocols

Data entry and charting

Assessing results

Assisting other departments as needed

Assist other departments as needed including but not limited to:

Coordinate re-exams, maintain files, general clerical duties

Making financial arrangements for patients

Filing and uploading electronic records

Prepare for and attend our amazing Advanced Health Talks, events throughout the year

Ongoing Training:

Travel, up to 4 times per year, is required which can include some weekends

Position Requirements:

Sales experience required

High School diploma required

PC skills: Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Google Docs, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)

Healthy lifestyle

Ability to work independently and with minimal structure while exercising great judgment Ability to "think big" and contribute to team ideas for overall growth and success

Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully

Preferred, Not Required:

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

Sales Experience

Pay is offered initial at $13-14.00 per hour, pending experience.
