- Registered nurse who supervises nursing care of all residents at a nursing home facility
- Responsible for communicating betw nursing staff and the nurse practitioners and physician
- Assists staffing with the hiring of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants
- Nursing paperwork - completes and reviews
- Sets nursing goals and objectives
- Helps develop, teach and maintain nursing policies and procedures
- Involved in all admission decisions
- Participates in AM Meetings
- Evaluates Nursing work performance
- Performs rounds multiple times of the day
- Promotes Customer Service and Hospitality
- Monitors facility accident and incidents
- Monitors complaint reports
- Promotes nursing compliance
- Works closely with the Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- home health: 1 year (Preferred)
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Registered Nurse: 3 years (Preferred)
License:
- BLS, ACLS (Preferred)
- Registered Nurse (RN) (Preferred)
