Practice hours: Mon-Fri 7am-8pm, Sat 8am-8pm, Sun 10am-4pm. Must be able to work all hours clinic is open.

About our CVT Position:

At Laurel Veterinary Hospital, our certified veterinary technicians play a vital role in the successful daily operations of our hospital through the following responsibilities:

Assisting with Surgical Procedures including but not limited to:

• Running and Monitoring Anesthesia
• Dental Prophylaxis
• Inpatient Caretaking and Treatments

Proficient in:

• Client Communication and Client Care
• Digital Radiography
• Outpatient Treatments
• Restraint
• Triage
• Venipuncture

Experience in:

• Care of canine and feline companion animals

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $19.00 /hour

Experience:

• Veterinary Technician: 2 years (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
