Education: Must possess a high school diploma or phlebotomy or program desired, on the job experience will be evaluated through display of job knowledge and skills.
Experience: Desirable characteristics include at least two years of experience in a hospital or medically related environment.
Licenses/Certificates: No license is required by the state of Alabama at this time, however certification by a National Phlebotomy Association is desirable.
