Prospective candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Respiratory Therapy. Delivers routine therapy as delegated by a therapist. Responds to codes and calls for emergent assistance. Assesses patient condition and deliver appropriate treatment. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition. Educates the patient and family about the patient's illness and provides information about community support groups and other resources. Monitors, receives, stocks, and distributes respiratory care supplies and medical gas cylinders. Maintains storage areas with required supply levels and equipment. Disassembles, cleans, and sterilizes equipment and preforms preventative maintenance and calibration on machines.
Job Requirements
Graduate from a school of respiratory therapy and successfully passing registry. Current certification in Respiratory Therapy with current BLS certification. ACLS certification preferred.
