Join our team at IU Health at the Positive Link Health Clinic in Bloomington, IN! We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is interested in providing exemplary care for individuals living with HIV and those at risk. This is a statewide initiative which offers a comprehensive approach to health, with both clinical care as well as social work management for patient who experience barriers to medical care.

Job Description:

  • 1 - 9 hour day (Tuesday)
  • No call
  • 100% Outpatient
  • 9-12 patients per day
  • Patient populations includes a regional referral base from the rural population of south central Indiana (individuals living with HIV as well as pre-exposure prophylaxis and those at risk due to sexual or substance use behaviors).
  • Social work centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • General primary care for patients, including histories and physical exams.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree required.
  • Previous experience with Primary Care of HIV preferred.
  • Provider must be committed to working with at-risk populations.
  • Willingness to work in a team setting focused on increasing health status of people living with HIV and reducing transmission risk.
