Job Overview
Our team of 250 of dentists, hygienists, center and corporate support members work hard to improve the quality of lives in our communities by treating each patient as if they were our own mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, child, or friend.
Our Operations Managers (OM) believe that excellent patient care starts with employees who are happy and feel supported. They are GURUS at communicating effectively and providing creative solutions that promote a WOW experience and ensure patients leave feeling appreciated and eager to return.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provides amazing customer service to patients
- Empowers and develops team members to reach their fullest potential through positive and constructive feedback, training, and coaching
- Supports dentists by understanding and supporting their practice goals
- Communicates changes like process improvements and marketing initiatives to team in a timely and thorough manner and always starts with the WHY
- Analyzes reports to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of patient experience, retention, and
- Collaborates with administration team to secure resources in the areas of marketing, training, employee relations, and IT

Minimum Education and Experience
- 3 years of dental office management experience is preferred
- High School Diploma
