CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT - SKILLED NURSING FACILITY Job Opening

We are currently seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our SNF Team!

Assists in the delivery of resident care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed practical nurse and receives written and/or oral assignments and direction. Communicates/collaborates with care team members to provide coordinated, safe and compassionate care for residents. Utilizes information to continuously improve resident care and practice to enhance outcomes. Partners with supervisor to create a professional development plan. Demonstrates knowledge of elder abuse and neglect.

Qualifications: One year of certified nursing experience preferred. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Alabama. Verbal and written communications skills required. A HS diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Computer skills preferred. CPR required. Must obtain a Bronze level WorkKey assessment.
