RN or LPN -Home Health

SMDH Home Health has a full-time opening for RN or LPN. Flexible schedule, 40 hours per week with rotating call schedule.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Minimum 1 year of current Acute Care experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required
• Precision with documentation and superb attention to detail required.
• Experience with ICD-10 coding preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to work well in a team environment and on an individual level in the patient community.
• Must have current Nursing License in state of Missouri or Compact, Driver's License and proof of Auto Insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
