Drug Court Case Manager Job Opening

Provides case management for individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders and their families who demonstrate a need for active case management services. Working within local Drug Courts, the Case Manager coordinates services and/or resources needed by the client to support their basic needs and enable them to remain and function optimally in the community. Works as part of the SUD and Drug Court team to coordinate services for clients enrolled into the program. Also provides discharge services and active follow-up to engage the client in appropriate services. Attends treatment team meetings, Drug Court staffing, and maintains contact with referral sources (e.g., Probation, DSS, etc.) as needed.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or human services related field with at least one year's experience in a setting working with individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, or substance use disorders is required. QSAP and CSAC preferred. Valid Virginia driver’s license and safe driving record required.
