CNA Job Opening

The primary purpose of our Certified Nursing Assistant position is to assist in Daily Living Activities in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the CNA Supervisor and/or Administrator. Provide service with the utmost care while always practicing safety procedures based on Federal and State Rules and Regulations and Integrity Resident Care's Policy and Procedure to assure that the quality of life is maintained for our residents at all times. Must be dependable and have a passion to work with the elderly.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Assists with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) by preparing meals; offering fresh water and snacks; helping patients ambulate; and transferring patients when needed.
• Assist with personal and dental hygiene.
• Take and record vital signs if needed.
• Clean and sanitize patient areas.
• Change bed sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies.
• Ensures that all concern and incident reports are documented and reported to the Administrator, and follow-up must be conducted in a timely manner.
• Be knowledgeable of Integrity Resident Care's Policies and Procedures.
• Follow defined safety codes while performing all duties.
• Maintains compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
• Records resident's information by documenting and notifying supervisor and Administrator of change or unusual conditions of the residents.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following standards and procedures; changing linens, handling personal laundry; be observant and report suspicious objects, behavior, or person to the Administrator or assigned supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Superintendent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) requirement.
• 1 or more years of Caregiver/CNA work-related experience. If less, approval will be at the owner’s discretion.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• Must have flexible schedules.
