Childrens Case Manager Job Opening

Selected individual will provide Case Management Services as part of a two person team consisting of a Therapist and Case Manager. Individual will assist children in the home environment by providing linkage to community resources and assistance with Center related services. Candidate must be amenable to working in varying home environment situations. Individual must posses strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various populations and community groups/individuals. A Bachelor's degree in a Social Sciences field is required as well as a valid driver license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
