Physmed Iowa Home Healthis currently looking for a registered nurse to provide home health care to patients in the Iowa City area.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care
• Make visits to the patient to evaluate their condition.
• Provide services according to individual patient’s needs.
• Work with the team to plan and execute excellent patient care.
• Educating patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Sound judgement and attention to detail
