LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Charge Nurse Job Opening

We are looking for passionate and driven nurses to join our fast-paced facility.

Available positions include:

2nd Shift (2:15 p.m.-10:45 p.m., Monday-Friday)

3rd Shift (10:15 p.m.-6:45 a.m., Monday-Friday)

Baylor Shift (6:15 p.m.-6:45 a.m. Saturday and Sunday with optional 8 hour shift weekly)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assessing new/current residents, providing treatments and administering medications according to physician orders, documenting and completing all necessary paperwork on your residents, building relationships with residents and their family members, supervising and directing Certified Nursing Assistants, as well as working to maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork.
