Abilities Discovered, Inc. (ADI) is seeking a Case Manager (CM).

Description: ADI is a nonprofit that strives to improve the lives of persons with disabilities in the middle Georgia area. As one of our Case Managers, you would supervise direct care professionals and case manage individuals with disabilities.

• Supervise staff: able to provide fair treatment and provide training
• Case manage the People We Serve by creating schedules, completing paperwork, managing doctor appointments and home life, and assisting staff with meaningful outings
• Cooperate with co-workers including other Case Managers

Requirements:

• Must have earned BA/BS (Bachelor's degree)
• Supervisory experience
• Experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Client Information Systems)
• Own vehicle, including valid insurance and driver's license
