7/7 LPN on 8:45 pm to 7:15 am Job Opening

We are looking for a 7 on 7 off LPN to work on Summit Rehab. We care about our residents and employees.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure resident safety

• Coordinate resident care and nursing personnel on a designated unit
• Provide resident care
• Pass Medications
• Make dressing changes Take and follow physician's orders
• Put physician's orders in the computer
• Assist with the Admission process
• Communicate with physicians, residents sponsors, and/or family members
• Other duties and assigned by Administration
