Family Therapist - West Linn, OR Job Opening

Monte Nido & Affiliates has been providing proven treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our treatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, the implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, the elimination of destructive behaviors, and the development of motivation and treatment engagement. This program offers a model of treatment that blends the personalized and medically sophisticated care for which we are known, with the latest research and strategies for those suffering from eating disorders. Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff to client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly individualized treatment.

We are seeking full time Family Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team at Clementine West Linn our adolescent facility in West Linn, Oregon.

Family Therapist responsibilities include the following:

• Provision of psychological services, as needed, for clients and families
• Providing family and group therapy
• Providing individual therapy, as needed
• Providing mentorship and support for other therapists and recovery coaches
• Assisting Clinical Director and/or Assistant Clinical Director as needed
• Other job components may include clinical assessments, insurance pre-certifications and ongoing utilization management, discharge and aftercare planning, and ongoing participation within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field
• Applicants should currently possess, or have the ability to obtain, OR licensure as a PsyD, PhD, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Prior clinical experience in either a residential or hospital eating disorder setting, and experience with insurance care coordination and utilization review, is preferred.
