Medical Assistant (MA) - Oxford Hills Internal Medicine Job Opening

The Medical Assistant functions as an assistant to the physician in providing medical and health maintenance services to patients in a clinical setting, in accordance with all regulatory requirements. Performs clerical duties as assigned or directed.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Certification required (AAMA or NCCT)
• Must maintain valid basic CPR certification; BCLS if required by specific departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in basic computer skills
