Case Manager - Child and Adolescent – Barbour County
This position will be responsible for providing case management services to child and adolescents, and families within the FIND project in the Barbour County area. Work hours of the position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide initial case management services
  • Implement Service Plan
  • Assist with maintaining client records in a professional manner in accordance with all standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or relate field required
  • Must be willing to attend Child and adolescent CM training
  • Prefer 2yrs exp working as a case manager and/or with child and adolescents
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
