Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• administer medications
• dress wounds
• provide direction and support to staff
• carry out the nursing plan of care for patients
• complete documentation
• uphold patient confidentiality
• among other duties

Qualifications include:

• current Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, license in the state of Utah
• acceptable state background check
• able to lift up to 100 pounds and safely perform patient transfers
• able to work rotating weekends and holidays
• able to walk, stand, and move about for long periods of time
• CPR certification (in-house training available)
• Emotionally intelligent and aware of all resident's needs
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of basic infection control procedures
• Knowledge & ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADL's)
• Basic computer skills

Supervisory and Reporting Responsibilities

• Reports to Director of Nursing

Schedule

• Full and part time work rotating weekends/holidays
• Day shift is 6am to 2pm, evening shift is 2pm to 10pm, NOC shift is 10pm to 6am
