Nurse ( LPN ) Part-Time & Full-Time Job Opening

Residences at Coffee Creek, Duneland’s newest and most vibrant licensed senior living and memory care community is seeking caring and compassionate nurses.

The Nurse is a member of the resident care team who provides a supportive and balanced environment that promotes the independence of each resident with individualized care.

Responsibilities:

Provides nursing care and performs specialized duties and procedures to residents adhering to resident plan of care.

Provides care interventions consistent with professional standards of care.

Assists with resident activities to promote physical, social and psychological well-being of residents.

Requirements/Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
• 1-year nursing experience, 2 or more years preferred
• Must have active LPN or RN license in good standing with the State of Indiana
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
