Directs functions and operations of Food and Nutrition Department at Coosa Valley Medical Center to include normal and therapeutic food service for inpatients, employees and public. Plans, directs and coordinates nutritional care for hospital, Nursing Home and Transitional Care Unit.

EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in Food Service Mgmt, Nutrition and/or Dietetics preferred. Knowledge of basic office machines, computers with various software packages such as word processing and spreadsheets and patient therapeutic equipment/machines.

EXPERIENCE - Five to seven years' experience in Food Service Management including a minimum of 2 years specific to healthcare required.
