• Waianae, HawaiiCase Manager provides counseling and case management services for the FAC. Position involves evaluating and assessing potential clients’ needs, home study assessments, linking them to appropriate services and/or assist with placement as needed. Employee must be also able to travel to prospective clients’ and referral sources sites, and conduct regular office/home visits. The Case Manager must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in human services, social services or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years experience working with the assigned population.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: TB clearance, HI State Criminal Check.
