Basic Essential Job Duties: (full description discussed during intereview)

• Provide the highest quality of care to our clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure client's needs are met in relation to safety, well-being, and satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, timely, and required documentation for effective management of cases
• Provide prompt communication of changes in client's medical satus and emergencies to Nurse Case Supervisor
