Licensed Respiratory Therapist Job Opening

The RRT identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment and planning based on patient needs. The therapist executes therapeutic physician orders and therapeutic respiratory care interventions. The therapist evaluates the patient’s response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes. The therapist is accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.

Associates Degree Required. Applicants must be licensed by the Alabama State Board of Respiratory Therapy and must be registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Certification of BLS is preferred for hiral processes required within the orientation period, not to exceed 30 days of hire or transfer. ACLS and or PALS certifications are preferred.
