LPN Charge Nurse/Supervisor Job Opening

63 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility in search of full time 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift LPN charge nurse to become part of a team who provides individualized attention to each resident in order to attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Offering a $2000.00 sign-on bonus.

Competitive pay rate based on years of experience with Shift diff of $1.00 for 2nd shift and $1.50 for 3rd shift. Benefit package includes Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance coverage, 401K match plan, paid vacation and holidays.
