Responsibilities Include:

ADON is responsible to behave with discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include assisting the DON in the smooth function of medical care for our residents.

Qualifications:

High school diploma
RN certification in TN
LTC/SNF experience preferred
