LPN / On-Call Job Opening

Mary's Woods, a premier senior living community located in Lake Oswego, has an opening for an LPN who will bring their quality care and experience to Mary's Woods.

As an LPN in our Resident Clinic at Mary's Woods, you will provide residents with the ability to obtain nurse consultation without having to leave our campus. The Clinic offers emergency and non-emergency medical assistance to apartment and villa residents including general preventative services to optimize resident health and wellness. The clinic also provides tb testing, annual flu shots and random drug screen testing for staff.

Below are some of the core responsibilities, experience and skills needed to be successful:

• Assess and coordinate provision of necessary medical & nursing services for Mary's Woods residents
• Communicate effectively with physicians, pharmacies, and any other independent contracted service providers to ensure quality nursing services to the residents
• Complete initial consultation with new Mary's Woods residents and provide follow up visits as needed.
• Participate in the Health Maintenance Committee and develop and implement Quality Assurance activities for the Clinic and Home Service area as requested.
• Fill weekly med boxes and coordinate with pharmacy & physicians to ensure current and accurate prescriptions.
• Provide assistance for residents and staff with the Providence Health eXpress Telemedicine
• Required to have an unencumbered LPN license in the state of Oregon
• Required to obtain CPR and First Aide certification within 3 month of hire

The base starting wage is $25 - $27 per hour (depending on licensure, years of experience, education, and type of experience).
