• Pay increase after completion of on line training.
• Evaluation after 90/365 days.
• Paid in-home training.
• Holiday paid Time and a Half: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
• PTO Available after 1 year of Service and completed training.
• Continuing Training.

Job descriptionincludes but is not limited to the following:

• Personal Care.
• Companionship.
• Meal Preparation.
• Medication Reminders.
• Transportation- As needed.
• House keeping.

Job Requirements:

• Have compassion, be giving, nurturing, empathetic, and have a passion for providing Great Care.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Great communication skills.
• 1 year minimum experience or CNA ( personal experience counts).
• Be able to pass a state and national background check.
• Experience in Alzheimer's/Dementia a plus.
• GED or high school diploma.
• We work as a team with hospice, home health, facility's, and clients family's.
