TES is currently seeking highly qualified and experienced Administrative Support Assistants. Employees in these positions provide general office operational support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks including, but not limited to, operating multi-line telephones, organizing and scheduling appointments, creating reports and presentations, filing, data entry, and developing and organizing office communications and activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Assistance in the place of a regular employee who is absent for a specified period of time
- Additional assistance during periods of abnormal or peak workloads

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an administrative support or related role
- Strong computer skills; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
Desired qualifications include:
- Previous experience using Banner software, to include Banner Finance
- Previous experience processing University vendor vouchers and journal vouchers
