This position is located in the Espanola Family Care Clinic, and performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of assigned area or office. Under the supervision of physician or nurse, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments. Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition. Documents patient care given. Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
Job Requirements
Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Must obtain BLS within ninety (90) days from hire.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be eligible to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
