Nurse Practitioner Job Opening

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner for afull time (5 days per week) position for our skilled nursing & rehab facilities in Elizabethtown, KY and Radcliff, KY. The Nurse Practitioner will work between the 2 facilities.

Must have 1 year of experience, preferably in a long term care setting, and a DEA.

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
