Under the direction of the Nursing Director, the Clinical Leader is responsible for assisting with the operational leadership and management of the unit. Responsible for team and individual development, utilization of human, technical and material resources and quality improvement activities at the unit level. Assists the director in fiscal responsibilities. Responsible for supporting and assisting in the delivery of quality patient care and professional nursing practice.
Associates Degree required. Bachelor of Nursing or higher preferred. Three (3) years RN experience in acute care related to the department required. Previous supervisor or management experience preferred.
Licensed RN in the State of New Hampshire required. Current BLS certification (adult, child, and infant) required. ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire. Certification in nursing specialty related to the department preferred.
