Dental Hygienist - Full Time Position Job Opening

What We Are Looking For:

Team ADM is looking to add an energetic, experienced and organized Dental Hygienist who enjoys working in a supportive environment that is driven by high quality patient care and customer service. Our Hygienist will be highly motivated, excel at patient care , team work and communication.

What You'll Do:
Under the leadership of our Practice Manager. The Hygienist Specialist will join our team to perform a variety of daily responsibilities that include:

• Demonstrate flexibility while operating in a highly professional manner
• Routine cleanings, removing tartar, plaque and stains, applying sealants and fluoride and taking and developing X-Rays
• Maintain accurate patient records including the proper tracking of treatment plans
• Instruct patients on proper hygiene techniques to improve upon their oral health
• Document all patient care provided as well as any follow up care that may be required
• Utilize various computer software to log patient information and access emails and calendar
• Active participation in day to day activities, including meetings to improve procedural processes, obtain approvals, and remain abreast of new developments and policy requirements
• Performance of other duties as assigned
