Health Care Management Nurse (RN) Job Opening

Are you a Registered Nurse with 2+ years of professional nursing experience?

Our Health Care Management Nurse position fulfills medical eligibility assessments for Title 19 nursing home admissions, State Plan Personal Care, and ADvantage Waiver applications, and completes a thorough evaluation of medical level of care eligibility for each applicant. Duty station will be in a DHS office and nurses will travel to the community/applicant home to determine eligibility.

Experience with longer term care assessment and planning, RN in good standing with Oklahoma Board of Nursing and 3 years of professional nursing experience is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

Level I - $3,567.92/month

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or, Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) and a bachelor's degree plus two years of professional nursing experience. (Three years of professional nursing experience is preferred.)

Level II - $4,105.08/month

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or, Registered Nurse License recognized by the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) and a bachelor's degree plus three years of professional nursing experience.
