ADvantage Case Manager Job Opening

Full time Advantage Case Manager needed for Northeastern Oklahoma Counties. Case Manager would office from their own home utilizing internet based programs. Position requires client in home visits in assigned counties. Requires current RN or LPN license in OKlahoma, or a four year degree in social service field. Preference given to candidates who already have ADvantage case management certification.
